Trauma therapy, including EMDR: Our therapists are trained in EMDR for children, an evidence-based therapy that helps kids and teens reprocess distressing memories.
Attachment-focused care: Our therapists are trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), which uses elements of Theraplay to strengthen the bond between children and caregivers.
Selective mutism and anxiety support: Gentle, play-based "brave talking" steps, plus parent coaching and, with your permission, help for your child's school.
Parent coaching: Practical ways to respond to big feelings and help your child at home.

Insurance we accept

At our Brookside office we accept Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) plans, including Home State Health and Healthy Blue Missouri. We also accept Aetna and Ambetter, and some of our therapists accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. For most children with active Medicaid coverage there is no copay. Finding our office

You'll find us inside the Arvest Bank Building on Gregory Boulevard in the Wornall/Gregory corridor, between Brookside and Waldo. From the Brookside shops, take Wornall Road south and turn west on Gregory. From the Plaza and Loose Park, Wornall Road runs south to Gregory too. Families coming from Prairie Village and Mission Hills can take State Line Road or Ward Parkway to Gregory, and US-71 connects at the Gregory Blvd exit. Step-by-step directions are below.
