Kelley Denham, LMSW
Kelley has a passion to see youth of all ages grow and succeed in all areas of life and considers it a privilege to join the journey with families as they navigate various life challenges. She believes that there is a purpose in everything experienced in life and works with children to identify and build on their God-given strengths to overcome a variety of difficulties. Recognizing that children communicate most naturally through play, she utilizes playful curiosity to provide a safe place for children to communicate openly and naturally while building a trusting therapeutic relationship with her clients.
Kelley earned her Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University in 2019 and has a strong background working with children and families in a variety of settings including working in daycare settings, leading and directing children’s ministries in church, teaching at a K-12 private school, training and supporting foster families, and most recently as a children’s clinician in a community mental health setting. In session, Kelley utilizes various modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused strategies, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral strategies.
