  • Shea Curley, LPC-T

Shea is a passionate counselor who believes every person has the ability to find their own path toward growth and success. He believes that being deeply committed to meeting clients exactly where they are, helps build their confidence, trust, and emotional strength at a pace that feels safe and empowering.  Much can be done with a listening ear and caring heart. He often refers to the skills learned in therapy as a “tool belt”; the practical tools clients can carry with them to manage challenges, express themselves, and work toward the goals they want to achieve in their counseling journey.

He has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals impacted by substance use and various forms of trauma. Shea brings compassion, understanding, and respect to each client’s unique story. Shea’s clinical experience includes working with adolescents, adults, and families.

Shea earned a Bachelor’s in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. Shea is also a U.S. Army veteran, where he served as a tanker crew member that shaped his resilience, leadership and deep understanding of stress and life transitions.
