Ashley Cusic, PLPC
Ashley works with children, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, struggling with big emotions, or navigating challenges at home, at school, or in their relationships. Ashley’s therapy room is a place clients can breathe, be themselves, and feel truly heard and understood. She believes it is crucial to meet each person where they are, to show up authentically, and to support them throughout their counseling journey.
Ashley prioritizes addressing each person’s needs at a pace that feels comfortable for them. Her approach is flexible and tailored to each person, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Ashley works closely with clients, collaborating to foster meaningful and lasting change by helping them understand their experiences and develop practical skills for daily life.
Ashley believes everyone has a unique story that deserves respect, and she promotes an environment where people feel safe to share openly. Whether a person is facing anxiety, depression, emotional stress, behavioral concerns, or life transitions, she aims to provide a space that is both encouraging and empowering. Her goal is to help individuals feel more confident, better equipped to handle challenges, and more connected to what matters most to them as they continue to grow.
